What Is It? The Flying Starship Flash provides a lesson in team dynamics by simplifying the complex nature of team building. Flash zeros in on the basic building blocks of successful teams using an absorbing exercise in problem solving.  Whether used as a learning experience or entertainment, Flash can easily fit into your next conference or meeting.

How Does It Work? An unlimited number of participants are divided at random into teams of three or four and are given a mission. After the allotted time, the groups are asked to critique the way their team functioned. Prizes awarded to the best teams create a playful competitive edge.

How Long Does It Take? Flash takes only 30 minutes. If additional time is available, the debriefing easily segues into an in-depth group discussion.

What About Facilitation? Instructions are included on a CD, The Flash Audio Facilitator.  If you choose, the CD can be played during the session in order to eliminate personal facilitation.  The CD includes participant instructions, timed segments, and debriefing.

What's Included? Paper, samples, clipboards, a game board and rewards are provided for groups of four people.

How Much Is It? Flash is reasonably priced at $60 per each group of four people. An initial fee of $25 is charged for the The Flash Audio Facilitator.
