Snap Decision

What is It?   Snap Decision is a colorful, action-learning exercise designed to anchor important lessons of business success with organizational teams. Thinking strategically, performing in the midst of chaos and balancing risk and reward—all play out in this engaging, new simulation. Snap Decision is sought after by trainers and other OD practitioners who are looking for interesting, effective ways to stimulate thinking about performance.

How Does It Work?  Ideal for groups of 12 to 25, Snap Decision can be set up in-or out-of-doors. The exercise requires that half the group maneuver through a circuitous pathway under the direction of the other half of the team. The goal is to accumulate as many rewards as possible, while avoiding hazards.

Long Does It Take?   To ensure a group has adequate time for an orientation, action phase and a facilitated debrief, 1-1 ½  hrs. is necessary.

What About Facilitation?  There is nothing more unfortunate than activity without insight. Our trainer's manual guides you through a process of reviewing the quantitative and qualitative results your group experienced so lessons stick.
